From 17th of July 2024 at 10 am to the 19th of July 2024 at 2 pm, take part in a Steelcase giveaway by signing up to our German e-shop newsletter, to have the chance to win a Steelcase Gesture.
To participate, you must:
WINNER
The winner will be chosen randomly starting with 15:00 on the 19th of July using random.org and the winner’s details (full name and country of residence) will be announced publicly.
The winner will be notified by e-mail and has to confirm within 24 hours. In the e-mail the winner will be given a contact to reach out to for claiming the prize. If the winner does not notify the contact within 24 hours of receiving the e-mail, the organizers of the conference reserve their right to keep the chair.
PRIZE
The prize will be the Steelcase chair “GESTURE” and is not redeemable in cash or exchangeable with another prize. The prize will be given directly to the winner during the event and no transportation will be organized by Steelcase. If the Gesture chair is not claimed during the conference, it can be stored by the We are Developers organizers until the winner can arrange transportation, but for no more than 2 weeks from the date the winner is announced.
MODIFICATION
In any case, Steelcase reserves in its sole discretion the right to shorten, lengthen, modify or cancel the giveaway, or to disqualify a participant without being able to be sued by the participants.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE
Governing law for the giveaway will be French law. Participants exclude any recourse to legal action in respect of this giveaway, which must remain exclusively convivial. Steelcase reserves the right to make any decision in the event of a dispute or challenge. Steelcase's decision will be final and binding.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Participants authorize Steelcase to communicate and use their surname and first name and the country of residence on any type of support (Power Point, professional social network, etc.) without reservation and without compensation or advance, other than the prize provided in these rules.
Personal data will be used by Steelcase for internal use only. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation known as "GDPR" n°2016/679, participants have the right to oppose, access, modify, rectify and delete their personal data except for those rights freely granted to Steelcase in the context of this giveaway.
